Livescan FAQ's

  • How much advance notice do you need for a mobile service to be performed?

    The more advance notice the better but we can usually accomodate most requests with 24-48 hour notice.

  • How long does it take to have the mobile service completed?

    Generally, it takes approximately 3-5 minutes per applicant to complete the fingerprint capture.  We design our service to meet your requirements, so if you have a large group and a short time to have them all live scanned; we can send multiple techs to expedite the process (additional fees may apply).

  • How is the payment handled?

    There are several payment options which depend on the frequency of your organizations' Live Scan needs.  If you only need our service one time, we accept credit cards, checks or apple pay .  If you your organization consistently requires Live Scanning services then we can assist you in requesting a DOJ billing number or provide you with our own billing number so you can pay the fees on a monthly basis.
